Clean boutique hotel that feels nice. We heard the noise some complain about, but it was too faint to bother us or interrupt sleep. Love the location. Near 7 Eleven. Great restaurants with a free Apsara show at 7PM. Next to pub street and night markets.

當天其他酒店check out了以後，為了應付9點去金邊夜巴的等待，特地定了這房，想著幾個小時就退房了就想找個方便洗澡的。酒店地理位置很好就在酒吧街邊上，對面的spa不錯。服務人員態度很好很好，但其他就很一般了，對住宿有點要求的不建議定，當然這個價格也很對得起了100多一晚上還想咋呀

Our stay at Apsara Centrepole was excellent. Great location near Pub Street and the Old Market. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

1. 今年1月曾入住該酒店 電視沒有訊號 (前年就沒有訊號了) 到現在仍然沒有 可是電視機和遙控器 卻大辣辣的放在那 是擺好看嗎? 2. 入住時說我房費沒付 告訴他我是在訂房網站訂的 是預付的 訂房網站是透過酒店的代理商 請前台連繫酒店的代理商 處理後 確認OK了. 沒想退房時卻又來一遍 說我房費沒付 因前台換了一個值班人 只好再說一次 這次除了叫他連繫酒店的代理商 也要他連繫入住時的前台 說完我告訴他說我先去吃早飯. 飯後再和前台詢問 看他一臉幹壞事被抓到的臉 突然給我一種 感覺 我要不要當場投訴他. 這間酒店我在 8年以前就開始住了 後來中間換了其他酒店 原因是早餐改為要另外付費 及 有人來酒店找我 而我在房間內 前台居然沒有打電話確認 就直接告訴對方 我出去了.這次會再訂 是早餐不用另外付費又開始提供. 3. 更糟糕的是 酒店的斜對面 新開了一間PUB 每晚上九點前 大喇叭就開始膨膨響 直到1-2點. 基於以上情況 請慎重選擇你要找的酒店

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da es nur Frühstück gibt. Top Lage - nähe Pub-street und Restaurants im Zentrum der Stadt.

Having stayed here 9 years ago (pre Covid) there has been change like everywhere! The location of the hotel is very near to Pub Street and the room we were in (B08) was at the front of the hotel and especially on Friday and Saturday the music went on into the small hours of the morning! In fairness to the staff they did offer another room. The swimming pool was good and clean. The Staff were excellent with helping to arrange an excursion to Angkor Watt and even to help organise our onward travel and hotel. (5 stars we give there)

Fantastic location in the centre of town yet back enough to avoid the noise. Excellent facilities and rooms clean with excellent value for money. The staff could not be more helpful and can arrange anything for you. Definitely recommend.
